Our vision is to be a church renowned for its generous welcome, it is caring, and loving relationships; rejoicing in our diversity of ages and circumstances and seeking to deepen our concern for one another and putting love into action.
We believe that we experience the love of God through the giving and receiving of honest, real and supportive personal friendships, and through groups of many different kinds and sizes.
We see our love and care to extend beyond our church family into the wider communities to which we belong, and we will always seek to respond to and engage with those in need and so reveal God’s love in practical ways.
Our Pastoral Ministry is lived out through Pastoral Acts of Worship, through our Wholeness and Healing Ministries – including our special bereavement services and healing services, and through our home visiting team.
Our community-focused activities include; a Friendship Club for the Lonely; a Bereavement Support Group, Tranquility for carers and their families.
We support the Countesthorpe Food Bank.
